The M10 HAVOC is a Blank Firing Device (BFD) designed for signaling and training purposes.

Engineered with high grade aluminum and stainless steel, the device is reusable up to 100+ deployments.

The M10 HAVOC operates with a mechanically delayed striker mechanism. Once all safety engagements are release, the device will fire after 1.0 +/- 0.2 seconds. This allows for dynamic use such as sliding across the ground, throwing onto soft surfaces, or air-bursting for maximum signal effect.

The M10 HAVOC operates using 10 gauge signal cannon blanks.
For total compliance with US regulation, we have developed a proprietary 10 gauge short blank as the intended blank for this device.

Using blanks other than our Hoplite short blank may require Destructive Device registration with ATF form 5320.1, and a $200 tax stamp.

      Bang out!

Very nicely constructed to withstand tons of abuse. I have tested a few times now with 12 gauge short blanks using a reducer, it works flawlessly. I would recommend anyone in the 2A space to get a couple of these, nice piece of kit to have around.

      Solid Built Unit!

This thing is built incredibly strong and solid. Exceeded my expectations on that one. I'm especially happy about the metal spoon, that is a great improvement. I am AOW'ing mine to use modified full-power winchester cannon blanks (Don't try that at home), so I have not fired it off yet. My only possible complaint is that the reset tool needs to be about a 1/2 inch longer. It is 3D printed, so that should not be too difficult to modify. Overall, highly recommended!

The idea is great but has some shortcomings

Ordered it and attempted to increase the number of blanks via email. That was unsuccessful. On receipt it seemed great. The first time I used it I got a light strike. I ended up reloading it and on the second use it activated just fine. After the 5th use I couldn't get it unscrewed and the hex ring at the bottom now spins freely. It doesn't have a screw like the top ring. People I demoed it to mentioned the timer is extremely short. Reset tool should be longer.
