SHIPPING & RETURNS

All of our orders ship direct from our NZ facility via DHL Express. Full insurance is provided by us on all shipments. 

For pre-orders, it is our policy to make contact with you and confirm shipping addresses are still valid prior to fulfillment. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. If the shipment date exceeds one month from the date of order, we will not ship without this address confirmation.
